4. Late Payment Pool.
Due to our years of experience in the hospitality industry, we understand that sometimes contractors may receive payment late from the employers due to various circumstances; this may cause the contractor to pay the staff members late. As a results, workers may discontinue employment due to being paid late.
LHS has implemented a Late Payment Pool, where we reserve a pool of funds from which we pay our employees to prevent a situation like this from happening.
